Chiang Mai, popular town in North Thailand, became somehow mystic to me. It was a time when I needed less action and more contemplation. Chiang Mai was perfect – with plenty of beautiful temples.
I don’t like churches. At least those I know in Europe. But temples was a fresh breath to me, freedom, calm place where nobody asks questions.
